Joshua Allen is a registered nurse, healthcare executive, consultant, and wellness coach with more than 26 years of experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, rare diseases, hematology, bleeding disorders, autoimmune conditions, and complex infusion therapies.

As CEO and Chief Clinical Officer of Catalyst Clinical Consulting & Wellness, Joshua helps home infusion and specialty pharmacies build compliant, efficient, and patient-centered clinical programs. He provides strategic guidance in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff education, referral optimization, program development, and organizational growth. His ability to combine frontline nursing expertise with executive leadership and sales strategy allows him to help healthcare organizations strengthen systems, expand partnerships, and improve patient outcomes.

Throughout his career, Joshua has led national clinical initiatives, developed specialty therapy programs, cultivated partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, and educated clinical and business development teams across the country. He is especially recognized for his expertise in hemophilia, bleeding disorders, IVIG and SCIG therapies, hereditary angioedema, and rare and ultra-rare diseases.

Through the wellness division of Catalyst, Joshua also helps individuals create healthier, more sustainable lives. Services include weight-loss support, fitness and strength training, wellness education, and events designed to encourage healthy living.
